About
I love observing my surroundings and ponder on the purpose behind the designs. I also love to analyse how a particular design enables humans to peform specific actions.
I am psychologically inclined in my approach towards work, readings & observations. I believe in taking small consistent steps to achieve big goals.

UX Researcher (mixed-methods) Magicbricks, Noida, India

I enjoy plannng & doing exhaustive research. By pursuing research at Magicbricks, I learned:
- 3 Key aspects of research, i.e.
- Setting the right context
- Selecting the right users
- Asking the right questions
- Systematic team planning & execution to conduct large projects quickly & effectively.
- Importance of finding good problems is the key to good solutions.
- Research Interests: Usability Research • User-Product Interaction • Cognitive Science
I am also an avid reader. I love books that has a bent towards psychological sciences. Some of them include Atomic Habits by James Clear, The Brain by David Eagleman, and The One Thing by Gary Keller. What excites me the most is to figure out problems in my environment and then to figure out creative solutions for them!.
More about me.
What's the most useful book I've ever read?
"Start with WHY" by Simon Sinek; and "Atomic Habits" by James Clear
What are my super powers?
Emotional Intelligence Love to take initiatives Curious & Learning Mindset
If money were not an issue, what would I be doing right now?
I would be addressing the existing social causes such as dowry rituals, curating alternatives to save our planet, and helping the specially enabled kids and old aged people to redesign their lives to become engaged and valued by their families.
What words of advice would I give to my younger self?

I admire & get inspired by people who clearly translates WHY they are doing of WHAT they are doing in their actions. This also helps others gain clarity and act accordingly. Some of such founders are Steve Jobs and Elon Musk.
Skills
The research projects during industrial research and academic research equipped me with the following skills.
Resume
I apply psychological learnings such as cueing effect and choice architecture to enhance the productivity of people around me (including me! :P). I would love to learn to apply the same onto the products and services to enhance users' experience.
